Natalie Rowe-Palmer, the co-founder of Meadow Springs Home Care Agency, is a successful and highly experienced hospitality leader with over 20 years of experience in the industry. She has managed employees at various levels and achieved some of the highest customer ratings. She has dedicated her career to providing exceptional customer service and leading a highly engaged and motivated team to succeed. During her time at various hotel brands, she completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration.

Natalie firmly believes that everyone deserves excellent service and care, especially when they are most vulnerable. She was inspired by her grandmother and grandaunts who cared for their own communities with love. This philosophy is at the very core of Meadow Springs Home Care Agency. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Natalie brings her expertise and focus on client experience to the home care industry. Genevieve Clarke

Co-Founder

Genevieve Clarke is one of the co-founders of Meadow Springs Home Care Agency. She has worked in the home care industry for more than 24 years as a Nursing Assistant, Hospice, Specialty Aide, and Home Health Aide, providing care for the elderly and disabled. Genevieve's passion for her craft is evident in her established record of reliability and her dedication to providing direct quality care to patients/clients who prefer to stay in their homes.

As an immigrant, Genevieve initially entered the home care industry out of necessity, but it has since become a true passion. She considers herself not only a home care provider but also an advisor to her patients, their families, and her colleagues. Her innate skills have helped her stand out amongst her colleagues, and she is highly regarded by her patients and their families.

Genevieve is dedicated to delivering exceptional home care. Her main objective is to enhance the home care experience for every patient she assists. She is committed to surpassing their expectations and providing outcomes that align with their specific care requirements.
